Requirements
The following
information will help you if you are having difficulties
with your computer set up, or the web site itself.

materials at this web site require the following

TO
NAVIGATE
Using
the BLC Web Site is as simple as point and click.
As long as your system is configured correctly,
the Web Site will do everything else. To navigate
through the different areas of the Web Site, select
any of the on-screen options. You can return to
the Home Screen anytime by selecting the BLC logo
in the left corner.
